"Madagascar" is a computer-animated comedy film released in 2005 by DreamWorks Animation. The movie follows the adventures of four pets: Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Gloria the hippopotamus, and Melman the giraffe, who escape from the Central Park Zoo and find themselves stranded on the island of Madagascar.
