It's clear that Magicstar Subs is committed to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The meats are sliced in-house daily, and the produce is locally sourced whenever possible. I opted for the "Italian Stallion" ( salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and Italian dressing on a crusty sub roll), and each component shone in its own right. The salami, in particular, was a revelation – thinly sliced, with just the right balance of spice and smokiness.
