Set in a dystopian future, "Space Sweepers" follows the story of Captain Joong-ki (played by Song Joong-ki), a space pirate who operates on the fringes of society. Alongside his crew, including a young and talented engineer, Somi (played by Kim Tae-ri), they navigate the dangers of space while trying to make a living. The crew stumbles upon an abandoned spaceship containing a mysterious child, which sets off a thrilling adventure as they try to uncover the truth behind the child's origins and confront their own demons.
