This study draws on the theoretical frameworks of Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and the concept of flow. SDT posits that human behavior is motivated by three innate psychological needs: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The concept of flow, introduced by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, refers to the optimal state of engagement and enjoyment experienced when an individual's skills match the challenges presented.
