As Max and Duke navigate their new relationship, they get lost in the city and find themselves in a gang of street-smart pets, led by a tough and sassy Chihuahua named Snowball. The gang is determined to take down a ruthless cat, who has been terrorizing the neighborhood pets. Along the way, Max and Duke become unlikely friends and learn valuable lessons about loyalty, trust, and being a good friend.
