This paper critically examines the representation of Indian culture and lifestyle content in various media platforms, including television, film, and digital media. Through a qualitative analysis of popular Indian TV shows, movies, and web series, this study reveals the changing narratives and evolving values that define modern Indian culture. The paper also explores the impact of cultural and lifestyle content on Indian audiences, highlighting the tensions between traditional and modern identities.
